RAISED FLOOR APPLICATION RULES

-Raised floor installation must be done by expert teams in accordance with the following items.

-The area to be applied must be cleared of construction residues, the mortar and concrete residues adhered to the concrete, if any, must be scraped and cleaned, since the raised floor legs will be fixed with special glue during the application, the area should be free from dust as much as possible.

-After the raised floor application area is cleaned (it does not have to be done), the Epoxy paint application is made. The epoxy paint should be two-layered as primer and top coat, after the primer application, the area should be ventilated and wait for it to dry. One day (24 hours) after the application of layered epoxy paint is completed, the raised floor application should be started after making sure that the paint is completely dry.

-After the final controls of the area where the raised floor will be installed, the measurements of the area are taken and if possible, the placement of the raised floor slabs is planned with a minimum waste of tiles, and in this direction, the necessary joint rope is pulled to start the work.

-After the joint rope is drawn to determine the dimensions of the edge pieces of the raised floor panels, the raised floor legs are sixty cm. The belted system is screwed by attaching straps with grooves on the foot heads (there is no need for this process) and the infrastructure system is completed by attaching star-shaped plastic gaskets to ensure sound insulation between the panel and the foot.

-The first panel of the raised floor work, whose infrastructure has been completed, is placed under the joint line and in the middle of the area. After leveling with laser or hose scales, the height and level of the raised floor panel is adjusted by means of the nuts on the foot base, after the final checks of the panel with a water level, the other panel next to it is placed and leveled so that there is no gap between them, this process is done without cutting. applied in the whole area.

-After the application of the full panels (rough) is done meticulously by paying attention to the joint gaps and balance, the running-in dimensions of the long wall in the area are one mm. the gap is taken with a tape measure and the same size is applied to the raised floor panel by drawing with acetate pencil. The plate ready for cutting is cut with a jigsaw or chipboard cutting hand machine. The cut raised floor panel is placed on a level with the help of raised floor legs, where it was measured before. This process is applied to all the parts that need to be cut at the bottom of the wall and the raised floor assembly is completed.

-PLINTH: Since the raised floor system has a modular structure, we do not recommend skirting to be used by opening the edge parts, but we recommend skirtings that are narrow and wall-mounted in areas where visuality is at the forefront, so that the raised floor panel will be used when it is lifted and pulled with the help of a suction cup. It is PVC based and can be used as a small diameter cable channel thanks to the channel in the middle.

-RICE BOX OUTLETS: These are the holes drilled in appropriate sizes to the raised floor plates to reveal the cable ends passing under the raised floor in accordance with the table layout plan of the room after the raised floor installation is completed completely. When these holes are round, they are cut with the help of punch, and in cases where they are square or rectangular, they are cut and opened with the help of decoupage. A stylish appearance is obtained by placing the socket boxes in the holes that are square or rectangular, which are specially made suitable for the raised floor system by the company that later performs the electrical works.

-RAMP MADE: In areas where raised floor is manufactured, a height difference occurs between the existing floor level and the raised floor level. Manufacturing that combines these two level differences is called ramp. The ramp is usually placed in front of the entrance doors of the area and is used for easier transport of heavy wheeled devices on the raised floor. The raised floor ramp is made of 40 * 40 * 2mm box profile in the required dimensions, one side is raised floor height, the other side is zero to the floor, it is covered with checkered sheet, the material of the raised floor top coating is finished on the sheet.

-STEP MAKING: In areas where raised floor is manufactured, a height difference occurs between the existing floor level and the raised floor level. If this height difference is less than one step height or one step height, the forehead covering is made by cutting from the raised floor panel in appropriate dimensions. A metal step profile is placed at the end that connects the frontal covering and the raised floor. If this height is higher than a step length, the height is divided into two or three equal parts and two or three-step steps are manufactured, the ends of which are turned with the step profile. The step raised floor is used to facilitate the entrance and exit of people in front of the entrance door of the production.

-PAYANDA (EARTHQUAKE FOOT) CONSTRUCTIONRaised floor earthquake legs (buttresses) are manufactured on demand at foot heights of fifty centimeters and above. It is a stabilizer leg that is connected diagonally to the base concrete from the upper part of the raised floor leg. It should be applied as a staggered two feet.
